The Guanacos of Torres del Paine

The Guanaco is a mammal related to the llama but bigger and generally undomesticated.

It is very common in the Andean environment starting in Southern Peru down through Argentina and Chile all the way to the Tierra del Fuego.

Its habitat is dry, open country in mountains or plains though some can be found at sea level.
